my h22 is overheating but not a idle when the car is first started it doesnt over heat. ONly when driving it it around it starts to quickly overheat what could it be lmk.

What will happen if i dont use a thermastat ?
Right now the fan is on all the time ran it direct.
Could it be the radiator cap

if you dont run a thermostat coolant will always flow and keep your engine cooler. i did it on my car takes a while to warm up though. but check your cap also could cause that

Try replacing the easy stuff first. Radiator cap, thermostat. You can try adding Redline Water Wetter, which I always use but I've never had an overheating issue so it's hard to say. Is your radiator all crappy on the inside line in the veins? May need to be flushed or replaced.

The easiest way to check and see if your cooling system is working properly is to feel the air the radiator fan is pulling off the radiator. It should be warm air. If it is cool air, then your cooling system is not flowing properly. Inspect thermostat, radiator cap, radiator, cooling lines. If all that stuff is fine, then it would be a good idea to flush the radiator and engine. By the way, what radiator are you using for the h22? I know the stock single core is not always up to the job if you do alot of highway driving. Good luck

ok. withn yur thermo out it should run cooloer always. but u gotta think... if tis flowing twice as fast. it has no time to stop nad cool down... my car was overheating when i did that. i threw in a thermo and now it werks. i guess every problem has more then one solution tho...
