Default OVERHEATING COOLANT ISSUE

i just swapped in an ls motor into my si for now. The fan works but it will not stay on unless i use a paper clip to keep it on. THe motor previously had no fan switch on the coolant neck and no thermostat ( for the record it is a b18a1) I put in a new thermostat and the coolant neck with the fan switch. The relay for the fan on the radiator was clicking so i replaced it with another one, still no success. Also my radio doesnt work and my heat is blowing hot air. please anybody with advice besides why did u swap in an ls into an si. this is my daily driver and I would appreciate as much info as possible. thanks for your time in advance

is your rad cap still good? if it doesnt hold pressure, it will cause it to over heat.simple things like that.
