Default over heating HELP

i have a 2000 b16 with boost just got it back and when your crusing at 65 up and down hils the heat hands starts to climb but only when under a load got it home and bled the cooling system had alot of air and think it wasnt letting the fan kick on. so i drove it and high boosted and made a pass and it didnt over heat ran another and it started to climb and the motor has about 1k miles on it since buid any suggestions??????????????

its not uncommon for the cars temp to increase when ur climbing a hill...

yeah but it shouldnt go all the way to the red anyway i'm gonna try and re torque the head and see if thats it
