out of the 1500's whats the best ??
im thinking of doing a swap. i wana know the best 1500 out there with hp ratings 
. i have a honda civic ferio (ml) which has a real shitty 1500 non vetec and is carbd 
oh and if u could give the engine serial numbers that would be sweet

its VTEC, not vetec.
best 1500cc motor? i'd say the JDM D15B VTEC. ranges from $400-$700. around 130hp, and as for torque specs, i don't know. i will take a ballpark guess, comparing it to the D16Z6 (92-95 Hatchback Si) and D16Y8 (96-00 Civic EX), i'd say around 110lbs/ft tq.
do some Searching, a 1500cc motor isn't the only motor you can swap into your car.

i guess what i am trying to get from you guys is the types of 1500cc vtec motors out there in a list (see below) wit motor type and hp

There's not a lot of different d15's. The most hp out of a stock one=130. Search for specifics. Forums aren't places where people look stuff up for you so you don't have to.

JDM D15B is your only option if you want a 1500cc that will do anything. I like mine. Gonna boost in the spring. Hondata tuned, and 10 psi later I'm hopin for around 200hp.
