Default Ouch! is this correct?

According to edmonds.com I just gained 300#s-

93 4dr LX- 2319#s(blew motor and sold)

94 Integra LS coupe- 2643#s(bought to replace civic)

Is the teg really that much of a pig? I mean if thats correct it weighs almost as much as my 94 Musting 5.0 did.

PLEASE tell me this is wrong.

Thanks.

that's about right...integra's are heavy....actually i think it's a little heavier than that....my hatch with a gsr weighed in at like 2600 so i think the integra would be closer to 2800-2850

hey guys, the integra is NOT heavy, its just that 4 door lx's are light as ****.

they're lighter than 2-doors

you're comparing two different cars man, i think the weight difference is mostly in your new metal interior door handels

Yeah I knew the 4 door was light as hell, I figured the teg may weigh 100-150#s heavier, but not 300+. Guess I have alot of work cut for me.

Well if it means anything i hate you (lucky bastard)

Anyway yea thats about the correct weight of a teg. I remember i took my friends teg to get smogged and they weighed it and the teg was shy over 2600. Didnt seem like it though.

sedans are lighter than the coupes? does that mean a 4dr gsr is lighter than a 2dr gsr?

^that makes no sense. why would a 4 door be lighter than 2 door of same model. more punishment for the sportscar lovers?

That is what I always thought but what EGmikeH22 is saying is that a civic sedan is lighter than a civic coupe. Read the post carefully.
