Sorry that this isn't type r related but I'm in a bind and need an answer immediately.....the type r area generally seems to have more activity
My beater has a 95 civic dx engine in it.......will a 93 civic si transmission work with this engine?

If you really needed an answer right away, perhaps you can post 15 posts about the same topic in one forum, or better yet,
ask the civic guys in the civic forums? most of them dont come to the itr forum because we're too "snobby"

yes it fits...all d-series hydro trannies are interchangeable...and BTW...the si tranny is like 10 times better than the shitty DX transmission...so you will definitely notice a performance gain as well
