open ended lug nuts for oem honda wheels?
I need to find some open ended lug nuts with the acorn end (honda is retarded for using this style) to fit on my arp extended studs. I heard del sols use open ended, but they are $4.50 a piece with a discount. There is no way I'm paying that much. Anybody know of something that will work?
I've looked at a bunch of online sites, and checked autozone/advance, nobody has open ended with the acorn seat. I'm not looking for aluminum bling, just whatever is cheap.

Check your local Les Schwab. I took some wheels in there to have tires mounted and they told me I was using the wrong lugs for the wheels I had. Sold me some open-ended acorn-seat lugs for about 25.00 for all 16. Good luck.

Ebay sells "JDM Black" ones for like 15 something for and entire set, and they dont look bad and are open ended. You could always try discount tire.

are they ball/acorn seat, or taper seat? If you could find the auction for me, that would be great. Thanks.

I just had to do the exact thing you did...I just got some ARP studs for my civic and I have Si rims. I just ordered the open ended Honda lug nuts from hondaautomotiveparts.com. Your part number is below...they are from a CRX Si with wheels that have covers on them

i've run cone seat tuner lugs with stock rims before... didnt have any problems. you could use them as a temporary solution if you have them sitting around

did they come with a cap on the end or something? The guy at honda said that part # looks like the end comes off, but he couldnt get it off. I guess I'll just have to go up there and figure it out for myself.

has anyone found black lug nuts with an acorn seat?
i've tried every way to paint my stock lugs to match my powdercoated stock wheels but they end up looking nasty after a while

Tire rack has them - they provide them with the steel wheels they sell. Call them up and maybe they'll sell you a set.

Re: (BLAKEr)
Are there any other "tuner style lugs" you can use with stock Honda rims.
I want some lugs other than my stock silver ones (which are beat to hell) for my ITR rims, but don't want to wasted the money on new lugs that aernt going to work right.

Parts counter guys were no help without part #. Actually, even with the part #, they were not help, had to go to 2 dealers.

yea, found a dealer who had them in stock, didnt need photo. What I needed was proof that they retail for $.96 each, not $2.61 each like they were trying to charge. The guy gave me shop cost which was $1.5X each which is still $.60 each more than retail.

Just in case you need some more of them you can get the price at the link below. When you get to that page just search the part number listed below. They are $.72 each. I hate the dealers that overcharge! One place tryed to charge me $17 for a $11 tube of Hondabond.
