Online parts catalogue, Legit or scam?

online parts, hondapartscheap.com, hondaautomotiveparts.com Legit or scam?
While searching for parts a while ago, I came across a couple web sites claiming to be legitimate honda dealers. One is "south bay honda". They claim to be located at 16213 los gatos boulevard, los gatos CA. Anyone know if this is legitimate? Has anyone ever ordered from http://www.hondapartscheap.com? The other one is called majestic honda, http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. They both look super legitimate. Just not sure. Thanks

I've ordered stuff from Majestic and South Bay Honda is listed on Los Gatos' Chamber of Commerce's website.
