Default one really dim headlight, and prop valve leaking out of extra hole?

so last night leaving work, i thought i had a headlight out, so i went back inside and bought a 2 pack. headlight was not out, it was just really dim. i would say maybe at 10% brightness. so i swapped bulbs and no change. car is a 95 dx coupe, and i converted it to right side drive. im using my left side drive harness, i just flipped it upside down so everything would still plug in. ive tinkered with the wiring but dont really know what to look for. i tried messing with the ground junction box that mounts on the inside kick panel with no change.
also i have my prop valve on the inside firewall, and the extra hole, i dont know what its for, but its leaking when i press down the brake pedal. its on the side where the lins go in from the master, and out to the front wheels
