Default One piece or Two piece headers?

Just wondering if someone can shed some light on the one piece / two piece header market . Which is better or is there really no difference. And how about 4-2-1 vs. 4-1 any thoughts or comments would be great.

this had to have been covered before, Ill give you a quick rundown

4-1 good for top end power
4-2-1 better for mid-range power

2 piece heavier, easier to take lower portion off for service
1 peice lighter
