one of my tires makes a thud noise :(

scenario: its a yokohama ES100 205/45/16
I had it patched about three weeks ago for a nail in the tire...
just started today when I can hear a thud everytime it rolls on the streets...
i filled it with air to 38 psi... no hisses or anything...
can't see any nails or screws in it right now...
any thoughts on what it could be?!!!!
