one head light brighter than the other????
sup im trying to help out my cuzin. he boght a used 94 vx hatch. the thing is that one headlight is bighter than the other. btw the headlight blub harness was cut and the last owner just put electrical tape. what is the cause of this problem? can it be the last owner mess up the wires? or is not getting enough power? should i use butt cornecters or solder the wires together?
also he also have two other wire problems.
the other one is that when he press the hazord button. the two front blinkers flash left right left right etc. when its supose to flash together. the two rear blinkers flash together.....
the last problem is that when he signal left they blink hella fast. and when he signal rights its normal. and he dont have that thing to make his blinkers faster...
help my cuzin out. thanks

Re: one head light brighter than the other???? (TEAM JSJ)
buying someone elses problems
check the grounds... usually one light being brighter means the dimmer ones ground is loose.
as far as the hack job... i would hihgly recommend taking it to a professional and paying to have the **** cleaned up right... youll regret it later if you dont!

are the headlights aimed right?? but like EGstreet said,..check the ground,...and as for the hack job,..its best that you solder to ensure a good connection,...solder and heatshrink,...as for the signals blinking fast,...does he have a bulb thats blown???and you got me stumped on the hazards situation
