One of the bolts holding on my wheel broke in half, safe to drive to school?
So I was taking off my wheel and one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off, and then the bolt broke in half. I have to go to school like 20 minutes away in a little while. Is it unsafe to drive with just three lug nuts? The bolt is still half there, so it is holding the wheel in place, I just can't put a lug nut on. Small risk or big risk? Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know how this happened. I didn't even put the lug nut on tight to begin with, and I'm not even strong at all. (I'm a girl lol)

you should be fine, just tighten the others well and go.... but remember to replace the stud and soon as possible ... You do not want to drive on it like that for a long duration of time.... Better safe then sorry

you should be fine to drive on it, just make sure your other lug nuts are tight, if your car starts wobbling then you need to slow down and stop, then when you have time(better sooner than later) make your way to some kind of a tire shop that does brakes/alignments too andsee how much it would cost to replace a stud, maybe if you show them your ***** theyll do it for free?
it cost me like 20 bucks to have 2 put on the front onetime
