Re: Omni Power? (jdmeg9)
I have never heard anything bad about omni suspension components, as a matter of fact all the praise recieved on HT has prompted me to buy a set. I am sure that the people at omni power are just as meticulous with their valvetrain components as they are with their suspension. Actually, I was kind of intrigued when I was reading about how the retainer locks into the valvespring to keep them moving together... whether it is just marketing hype or whatever I have no idea.
I would suggest figuring out what cam you are going to run first, then make a decision as to the valve train, because some cams or more sensitive to valve spring pressure, effectively shortening or lengthening their lifespan.
just my .02
