Old Civic - Hood won't close
So my '93 Civic Si has been sitting around while i've been at school. So I had to jumpstart it today and afterwards wasn't able to close the hood all the way. I think that the cable release is stretched out, but i'm not sure. Has anyone had this happen to them? What would remedy the situation?
Thanks

Re: Old Civic - Hood won't close (pimpwok)
Inside the car, where you pull on the hood latch, see if the latch is 'stuck' in the released position.
If it is, work with it a little, until you feel the cable release back into its original position.
If this is the problem, hood should be able to close immediately after.
