Is it ok to pressure wash the inside of an intake manifold?
I just took off my intake manifold which looks like it was never cleaned since 1992. I am going to remove ALL sensors off of it to where it's just metal. I have tons of carb cleaner at the moment which is working great but I wanted to know if it is alright to pressure wash the inside of the intake manifold. Thanks

Try using some type of degreaser like Simple Green and let it sit for a few minutes. I would probably leave it out in the sun as well to heat it up which would help break down any caked on deposits and possibly an old tooth brush. Afterwards finish it off with a lot of brake clean so there is no residue left. A pressure washer is fine to use as well with it being bare metal.
