ok need help header question

Default ok need help header question

ia friend of mine gave me some dc sport 4to 1 1 piece header, but he said he had it on his ef civic ls/vtec. so my question is will it bolt up to my stock em1 ????

Yes, it will. The LS/VTEC runs a B series head regardless of whether or not it was a GSR or a B16A/B head. B series header bolt patterns are the same. The header will bolt up fine. Also, if it cleared the 1.8L LS block that he had it bolted to, it will most definitely clear your B16A2.

i know that but will it bolt up to the factory cat? becuase what i under stand the b18 header will fit but not bolt up to the exhaust cat, but from what he has told me, he had ls/vtec in his ef but he used the ef stock cat and squished the header into the cat and i can see it to becuase the donut gasket is squished lol

Try it, is your exhaust stock? you never know till you try things.

yeah but i dont want to waste my time if it doesnt fit and its not easy putting on a header in a aprtment
