OK fixed clutch....still a problem?
Ok my car was making a wierd scratchy sound like as if the clutch maybe not connecting all the way with the flywheel therefore causing sound. Well i replaced the clutch disk, flywheel, and the throwout bearing, and also retourqued everthing. Car drives without problems again but its still making that noise. its almost like a scratching grinding type sound. It goes along with the acceleration in sound and loudness. It sounds like its something thats spinning but the only time its heard is when the clutch is engaged. Since replacing the clutch etc. didnt help anything what could it be? Im really clueless and dont want to drive my car til i know what it is. I dont think it has anything to do with the tranny but im not sure. Car shifts and goes into gears just fine. Thank you for any help.

Check this out, it sounds like your input shaft bearing

I had a similer proplem only it was more of a woodpecker noise not so much a scraching sound. Anyhow heres the link to the thread i made on it. Turned out to be a bolt on the tranny not tightened down all the way and was just rubbing against the pressure plate. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=832313
