Default Is This OK?

I got some springs/shocks and they installed it like this in the red circle, is this alright?

If they are installed wrong, what will happen if I put them on?

You should be fine, although I would want it to butt up against the end.

When the car is in the air, i.e. on jack stands or whatever you're using, just turn it, so the end of the spring butts against the angled part, the stop.

stick a jack under the car and lift as if u were changing the tire, then when the car is lifted the spring should be loose enought to move it by hand

your worried about the gap between the end of the spring right? just twist it clockwise so it can seat properly
