Default Oil Pumps?

which D series engine has the better oil pump? is it a Z6 or a Y8? i've heard the Y8 oil pumps are junk? would a Z6 oil pump bolt up on a Y8 block?

I've always heard myths that the y8 likes to spin bearings due to a lower number of oil squiters/jets on the crank itself for lubrication.

Don't hold me to it though, never owned a y8.

Not so much a better pump just a better oil system.

Look on http://www.turbod16.com or http://www.d-series.org you'll find a ton of info.
