Oil Pressure Problem
At Idle, I have around 15-20 PSI but I have 45 PSI max on my gauge after 4000T and no VTEC, is it normal?
On my HONDATA S300 the VTS is ON (after 5000T) but the VTP is OFF?
I Disassembled the oil pan and check the the pick-up.
Do you think I need to change the oil pump?
I've never changed it, How long will it take?
What do I need change with the oil pump? any gaskets?
Engine is B18C6

Re: Oil Pressure Problem
Chances are no one knows what you are talking about when you mention VTS and VTP when it comes to Hondata. Probably since Hondata did not come standard on any Honda.
VTP seems to be VTEC pressure.

Re: Oil Pressure Problem
Okay
VTS= VTEC Sensor
VTP= VTEC Pressure Sensor.
But my problem is oil pressure in the block? do you know if a oil radiator can be the problem?
