Default Oil Pressure & brakes?

Ok guys, i've been hearin a sort of grinding from teh front of my car when i brake, i figure i need to replace my brakes anyway (ill do it this weekend god!!!, need $$$)

yesterday and today the grinding has continued after i stop braking and continue to accelerate, and my oil pressure light flashes on and off randomlly
i was wondering what the correlation between the two was? i was gonna change oil and brake pads both this weekend, so should that fix the problem? if there is any other possibility of what could be wrong i'd like to know so i can do it all at once. Thanks guys

when you accelerate or brake you cause the oil to move inside. doing one of these while being low on oil but not low enough to set of the light will cause it to flash or flicker. check and add oil if needed.

you sure its the brakes??

if so your sliders may be sticking or the pads are totally shot

yea i would do the brakes asap. unless you want to spend more money cuting the rotors, cause the pads you dnt have cut groves in them.
