Oil pressure and battery light on at the same time
Hi. I was driving yesterday downhill and I saw the road was icey and snowy so I stepped on the breaks and clutch at the same time. The car started slipping but thank god there was no cars in front of me. I noticed that the oil pressure light and the battery light came on at the same time. I also noticed the breaks were all spongy so I used my e-break. I brought the car to a safe stop and turned it off. I checked the oil level and it was good, I checked the break fluid levels and it was good as well. I left if off for like 3 minutes and turned it on again and it was working fine (no oil pressure light, no battery light on. breaks working fine). Anyone know what can cause this?
