oil passage dowell
was putting my head back on saturday and the loss motion assembly had been taken off by the machine shop
as im reading my helms, there seems to be a dowell missing from the oil passage that holds an O-ring in place....its located on the front side of the head between the middle 2 sparkplugs
i need to know if this is a one of a kind dowel or if its one of the set that you can order from honda
i called honda and they faxed me a diagram but its not on there
i need your experience on this one guys

Which engine is it that you're working on? On a D-series engine I know there's a dowel-type thing in the location you described that must be removed in order for VTEC to work. Maybe you can hook us up with some pictures?
