Default Oil pan removal/replacement on '99 Civic EX 1.6L coupe

When removing the oil pan on a '99 Civic EX 1.6L coupe with auto trans., is there anything (exhaust, tans, etc.) in the way? Does it drop straight down once the bolts are removed?
