Default Oil pan leak and stripped stud!!!!

Aite i took of my oil pan yesterday and now ive got a leak on the tranny side of my oilpan. noticed that the top nut holding the tranny cover is stripped. I believe its the actual stud thats stripped. cant tighten it or get the nut off. Leak definetley coming from that area. Any ideas on how to remove the nut from the stripped stud? Need this taken care of!!
