its a 93 civic dx and it has the stock motor in it, has around 80k on it. its my sisters car and she told me the oil light was on so checked the oil and it was way to full, i'm positve it was all oil. so i changed her oil and put the correct amount of oil in but the oil light is still on. any guesses??? could it be a damaged sensor from to much oil????

the oil light comes on from a lack of oil pressure, not from a lack of oil.
