Default oil leaking from timing belt. help?

so i bought this '99 coupe EX not too long ago. it has a bone stock SOHC vtec motor and it runs fine. but in the past few weeks ive noticed it has been leaking some oil in my parking spot. and at first i thought it was from my drain plug, but i tightened it and its still leaking oil. so i checked the thread on the oil pan, because maybe the threads are weak, but thats not the problem either. eventually i find out the oil is leaking from the timing belt area, and i dont know why...does anyone know how i should fix this? should i replace the belts, or something? im not losing too much oil per day, but id rather fix it before it becomes a real hassle. its my first car, so im trying to learn what i can about it.

Cam or Crank seal

While you're down there might as well do the t-belt/water pump.

did u try changing the washer on the drain plug? it's a special crush washer that's supposed to be replaced with each oil change.
