Oil Leak! help

Oil Leak! help
I had the window down on the way home and i thought i smelled oil, so when i got home i got under the car and my tranny is wet with oil!! I dont know what to do.

I think you might be correct, the passanger side axle is damp with oil, where is the seal? Can you show me a picture?
