Here's a little more info about the vehicle. Bought it about 8 months ago.. as of now, it still runs great. Shifts great. idles great. But I can smell alot of burnt oil once I stop driving it. it has about 170k and has the original engine to my knowledge.

you sure it's not coming from above and just leaking down there?
i would replace the distributor o-ring, the vtec solenoid gasket, and the cam plug.

it might be coming from above also. I'm not exactly sure. But I have a video of the oil bubbling and coming out where the transmission and engine block meets. Oh well, onto the repair shop.

That would coincide with a rear main seal. Gotta pull the tranny off and the clutch and flywheel to get at it.

This leak is one or more of the following:
Cam seal
Dizzy o-ring
Vtec solenoid
headgasket leaking at the corner.
To find where it actually is coming from, spray the oil area with break clean and wipe it all off. Run the car for awhile and keep checking it and see if you can see where it's coming from.

the two most common area's that leak there are:
- the cam seal
- head gasket
If you are unsure, clean it well, then as it begins to leak more, it's easier to see where it's coming from
I doubt the rear seal would cause what you pictured

You can't fathom the turbulence from a flywheel spinning at many thousands of times a minute, having the potential to splatter oil droplets? As soon as that transmission comes off, the bell housing will be black and shiny. The clutch will also be completely black, and drenched in oil.
EDIT: I guess some people missed that day of first grade where we learned to start off our sentences with capital letters like big boys and girls.

Distributor leak wouldn't really leak that much, cam seal possibly if its brittle as hell. OP needs to clean it up and check it every once in a while and take more pics.

Are you high? if the rear main seal blew, it would NOT pour oil upwards and be there. A bad Main seal would cause oil to leak out of the BOTTOM of the trans, and would make the clutch slip horribly and smell worse than the normal "Oil burning" smell.
This leak is one or more of the following:
Cam seal
Dizzy o-ring
Vtec solenoid
headgasket leaking at the corner.

Rear main seal leaks onto the flywheel. Flywheel splatters it into the clutch housing. Very common.
The other issues you listed are also common and should be checked first because its easy.
Valve cover gasket is also common.
OP: pressure wash that engine and find the source. Take off the flywheel cover plate and look in there. If the oil looks to be radiating out from the center of the flywheel, it's most likely a rear main.

OP; not enough information.
Follow these steps, maybe take a few more pictures.

Best to find where the oil is coming from before throwing parts at it.

thank you guys for all the awesome advice... I'm not a mechanic or anything.. Heck, i don't even do my own oil changes I don't even have any upgrades on it. I bought it off my co-worker soley as a commuter car.. how much do you think it will cost to fix this issue because I know for a fact that i won't be repairing it. Thanks guys.

The cost though... is dependent on the issue, and most of the cost will most likely be from labor. It's really hard to say exactly what to expect but if its for:
Cam seal
Dizzy o-ring
Vtec solenoid
Valve Cover Gasket
I think it would be a safe bet to expect 100-400$ depending on what the issue is and how many need repair. I'd suggest taking some "Simple Green" cleaner to your engine bay to help clean some of it up. This way you'll have a better idea of what has failed, and what may need repair.
