oil on injectors?

oil on injectors?
i have a sohc zc in a crx and throws a code 43 fuel supply system. i took out the injectors and inspected it manually, had oil on them, what can that be?

valve guides are leaking?
fresh oil, or like old stuff thats building?
clean them real good with seafoam or what ever and put them back inand drive around or let it run for a few minutes and take them back out
