Default oil in exhaust port, help!!!

jUst swapped a gsr motor in my em1. I turned it on and it was smoking so I took off my spark plugs and notice the #1 plug was wet. I also have oil in the #1 exhaust port. I did a compression test and I had 245 across the board. I did a leak down and all cylinders were at 5%. I did a wet test and all cylinders jumped fRom 245 to 265. could I need valve guides? the engine has fresh oil but in the exhaust port , it comes out Black. any info would be great.

#1 plug is wet due to o ring on the valve cover. and 145 even to 165 psi compression seem low to me.

I looked in the exhaust port with the problem and I see that the valve stems are wet with oil and the other 3 exhaust ports are dry as can be.

hmmm i would check your cylinder #1 valve guide seals. it could b that not all the oil is getting burned up on compression and getting pushed out the exhaust ports on the exhaust stroke or it could possibly b the oil is leaking in through ur exhaust valves directly and getting pushed out. if the oil control ring is ok the only other place oil could come from is ur cylinder head.
best of luck
