Default Oil in Combustion Chamber

So oil got in 1 of my combustion chambers so i figure i might as well do some tune up/cleaning. a clamp on my upper radiator hose is also loose and loosens over time every time i tighten it. coolant is all over my engine now. here are my questions...

1) spark plugs wires - i know the other 3 wires are fine. is there anyway i can just buy 1 spark plug wire? no honda dealer in the state has em. i tried looking at local shops but they only sell sets. i know they should all be replaced but im selling the car in 2 months. if i must buy a set, what brands should i avoid? im looking at buying this because its cheap http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...2815&ppt=C0334

2) how do i clean the spark plug chamber of all the oil? no oil level was built but it spread all over

3) is a normal hose clamp with a flathead screw in adjuster all thats needed for the rad hose? i dont want anything thats gonna loosen over time like my current set

pretty simple questions but im second guessing myself lol

it wont damage anything you can clean the plug but until you fix the leaky seal you will continue to get oil on the plug
