Oh boy...
My advice to you is if you've never done an oil change you should go to the store and pick up a Hayne's manual. If you're just starting out on cars and want a lot of very useful information for a very cheap price pick one up for 15 bucks. Any maintainence you'll ever want to do by yourself is listed in step by step detail in the book.
Oil changes are very simple to perform, but if done wrong can ruin an engine (sadly I've seen this happen).

I had my oil changed about 3 weeks ago & since then my oil light has been flickering on & off, then for a few days its fine then it will start again. Any ideas? Its a 1994 Honda Civic 2 dr. 4 cylinder

Maybe its too thin causing a drop in oil pressure doubt it though. Make sure your oil pressure sensor is plugged in all the way.
