I'm trying to figure out why there is oil all over my vc. It's a B-series. Idk why but it looks like its coming from the 4 inner seals that hold it down. They are tightened all the way. And then some is coming from the oil cap area to but thats down all the way!

I bought new ones from Honda but I'm still getting the same problem.

No, no smoke at all.

Not tight at all. But how would that cause it?

If you have one of those little mini air filters on the PCV system, thats where its probably coming from. Some oil comes through there... You should also have oil on the underside of your hood, and a puddle right underneath where the filter sits.

Didnt see that. Make sure they are seated inside properly...
I just read that you had oil on the VC, and that you had one of thsoe filters. When i had one on I had oil coming through hitting the hood, and getting on the valve cover.

A clogged PCV can lead to increased crankcase pressure.
