Now that, is a damn fine model you got there. You make that all from ground up? That needs a clear cabinet for a center piece of a room.

Got my check engine light read - came on yesterday. P1163, seems to happen to HXs alot... No 1 O2 sensor, possible crack in the exhaust manifold or bad connection. A quick look on Bernarldi said $385.51 for a new sensor. I fly out of here Thursday morning and won't be back for a week, I'll sniff around then and see for sure. My luck being what it is, it won't be a cheap fix....

Did a complete engine oil flush to clean out any old crap in the motor. Used Mobil 1 syn and filter. Also replaced tie rod ends before work this morning, now just waiting on alignment to be completed!

Washed and waxed it. Checked oil and tire pressure. Cleaned the license plate light lenses. Checked and adjusted the headlight pattern. Drove around with the A/C on to make sure it was working correctly. 40 degrees out of the vents. Love this car.

Decided to polish a turd. Full hand wash, followed by rubbing compound, followed by polishing compound, followed by wax, followed by polishing compound again, followed by more wax. Attacked the wheels with mag cleaner, and the tires with some high quality tire brightening polish.
Now I just need to polish up the interior, replace the hood, and get some fresh interior pieces.

I decided I wanted to sell my Jackson Supercharged B16A2 build and start a new.
I've been able to get my hands on one of the last B18C5 R-DOT short blocks, and DOT assembled heads. (lol the date on the head says its a 2005!!! loll) Yeah, I'm going to have a '2005' 2001 USDM spec C5.
Doing a 100% brand new B18C5 drop in, new water pipe, oil cooler, pumps, blah blah blah. I think it'll be pretty awesome.
0 miles, 45k factory warrantee, SMOG legal, and not stolen.
Yeah i think its worth it.
Link in the sig if your interested.

installed right side door panel on my 99EK. Got panel for free with speaker grille. since panel is charcoal grey, also switched out inner door handle w/lock and surrounding trim, and power window switch to match the door panel. all parts free. one side done, waiting to do the other side. prefer charcoal grey over the light grey.
