OEM power mirrors wiring
I have a 94 vx hatch I want to put the OEM power mirrors on it. Do I need to change the wire harness behind the dash to a si or ex one? Or is there a better way to do it?
thanks

Re: OEM power mirrors wiring (kwil666)
Come on I know some of you guys know about this.
If I dont have power mirrors and I want to put them in is it plug and play? Is it like swapping the none rpm gauge clusters with the ex or si cluster, all the wires are already there?
I was told that I had to replace the under the dash wire harness with one that has the wires in it for power mirrors what do you guys think?
thanks

Re: OEM power mirrors wiring (kwil666)
not sure since ive never done it but it cant be that hard.. you will need the power mirrors, wire harness from both mirrors, factory switch from either the SI, EX, and i think the LX had power mirrors also.. it might only require running a power source to the switch if tehre isnt one under your dash already.. and just plug and play the wires.. cant be that hard to do.. just might take take time to get the wires corect, or you can try to get a wire scematic for it also.. good luck
