First off..why oem? Honda is horrible with stereo. Sorry i work at and stereo shop and have owned nothing but hondas so my opinions a bit bias. If you want the factore end of the plug that has been cut off go to your local stereo shop and tell them your looking for the harnes for your make and car and make sure they know your looking for the factory end. If you find a good place and just tell them what your trying to do they should get you what you need..well i know our store at least could.

I don't care too much about sound quality in this car and w/ all the thefts and break ins I've had I am tired of, plus I am moving to an apartment in the next year, so I want something that looks stock. Unless you have a roll back no one is stealing my car... Ijust don't feel like waking up to a pile of glass b/c some 15 year old *** wanted my radio

Thats a good enough reason if I ever heard one. Well my best advice is just to let a local stereo store know what you are trying to accomplish and that will help them get your the right part you need. Theres alot of morons out there..hope you dont run into one.

I tend to get pretty pissed when I go to most of the local shops, not that everyone is a moron or that I know everything, I ususlly know what i want and don't need some kid telling me it won't work or his boys set up is better and Ishould go that route.

the worst was when I was looking for a clutch for the h22 and went to a stereo/performance shop.

Kid asked what car, I said civic, but I need a clutch for an H22, then he said are you sure it isn't a B series? I had to argue with the kid b/c he said H series motors don't fit into a civic!!!!!

yeah thats a problem around here too...we train all our guys really well and we make a point to get you want you WANT not waste your time telling you want you NEED. I went to a autoparts place to get a some touch up paint mixed and the dude was like what kind of car. I said Honda civic. He was like..theres no such thing. You much have an Acura Honda..i was like NOO they are two different companies..******* was looking at the acura/honda section lol.
