OEM Fuel regular looks rusty from outside
OEM Fuel regulator looks rusty from outside, time for a new one?and what does fuel regular do? thanks

a pic would help but unless it is leaking or you notice a change in gas mileage or throttle response i would think it would be fine.

you could use a wire wheel on it to remove the surface rust, but it will just rust again eventually. as mentioned, surface rust won't hurt its performance.
If you want it to stay looking new, remove all the rust, spray it with self etching primer, then paint it silver.
