OEM EM1 lip same as OEM EK9 CTR?
I was wondering if 99-00 SI front lip same as the OEM CTR front lip. they look the same and was wondering if anyone can confirm this. thanks h-t!

The CTR lip from what i have seen is taller or has more meat to it were the EM1 lip is more comparable to a EG lip where its sort of thin

the type r is slighly thicker you can tel mainly where the front airdam is in the bumper that area is noticably thicker. only slighlty on the sides otherwise the parts would be the same number

the wheels on the EM1 are killin me though. for real??? Last i saw the CTR lip is slightly thicker, but nothing you would be able to tell w/o measuring.

ctr lips look better to me according to the picture above. but u cant really tell the diff unless u intentionally compare them. go with which ever u can get ur hand on

cant find ctr front lips anywhere...tried everywhere...only place is jdmland.com and pwdjdm and they only have bnib for $350.00+ so im settling for a si lip but i heard they were the samething anyways jus wanted confirmation.....

it's because they are for different cars, many companies do this.
for instance my buddy that works as a BMW tech was telling me the other day that a sedan 325i CV axle will fit a 325i coupe because they are exactly the same, BUT the coupe's axle has a different part number and costs more. go figure.
