oem ctr header

does anybody know if an oem ctr header would bolt directly up to a 99 civic si with a 2.5" test pipe?

correct length as in the same length it would have to be for any header on a 99si or it needs to be a different length for this one?

It needs to be approximately 16.5" long, which is roughly 1" shorter than the stock cat.
