I guess im going to have to bite the bullet and buy some oem visors.. but it sounds like you have window/crank problems.not nesessarily visor . I have one in the back, which mine are manual, that the crank box is broken.

When you said you had to push the window up all the way you meant near the very top i assume. It might be fitment issues.. I'll tell you soon how mine work out.

This started to happen after the install.

Yeah, its all the brackets that sits under the weather stripping not including the ''B'' bracket making it not able to sit flush.

No wind noise. Mine were fine after the install. I know what you are talking about with the brackets. The only way around it is to do lil cuts on the weather stripping for the B brackets so that your weather stripping will go in flush, which I don't think are necessary. THe weather stripping goes in tight enough after you put it back in the the brackets. Your issue (if you literally mean you have to use your hand and push UP all the way to get it to go up all the way) is with the manual window crank mechanism, which seems to go out over the years. I had the same problem on my last hatch, which was a 97. Bought the window crank mechanism inside the door and it was fixed. I have no idea what the part is called, but I'm sure someone can chip in on this.

I had no wind noise. You gotta keep rolling the windows up and down in order for them to adjust to the rubber position.
