Default OEM "style" Foglight Wiring Harness Problem 99-00

So i was trying to install these foglights and everything ran pretty smoothly, untill i get under the dash... the directions for wiring from handa and the other similar site have a different harnes.

my harness is like so....

1st part

O ring connector---red wire----In Line Fuse---Relay---fog light connector----fog light connector----here the ground wire with o ring connector splits off---red wire--- male crimp connector

2nd part

female crimp connector---red wire---male crimp connector

3rd part

female crimp connector---red wire---into harness wire---- here splits into 3 parts
1)black ground wire with u ring connector
2)brown 1 pin connector-female
3)4 pin connector to plug into switch which i assume has a built in relay because its twice as long as the other oem switches ive seen in other posts...

at this moment i have the O ring connector from part one attached to my + battery terminal and the foglights connected to the harness. i have the ground connected to the chasis, and the male connector from part 1 connected to the female connector of part 2.

I have the male connector of part 2 into the female connector of part 3, but i dont know where to put the brown 1 pin connector and of course i know where the ground and 4 pin connectors go...

THE PROBLEM-

I dont know where to put the brown 1 pin female connector.

I have read that some people attach it to the second slot to the left on the the fuse board under the dash...

Ive also heard that you have to free a 1 pin from behind the fuse box that is blue taped and insert into that... the problem with that is both that said connector and the one from part 3 are both female...

and to top it all off, part 3 does not have the connectors that are supposed to attach to the headlight harness and the headlight switches and an external relay(because like i said i think its built into the swtich)

please help, i feel really rice having really nice looking yellow painted fogs that dont work, not to mention its raining and i want to use it!

sorry for the long post any help would be great, will be taking pics tomorrow to better illustrate the wire harness
