Odometer Question?

This might be a dumb question but on 95 dx hatchbacks is the 6th number on the odometer part of the mileage or the 1/10th of a mile counter? Does it roll over at 99,999 or does it show the 100,000's? :|

I don't think any car would roll over at 99,999 but Idk mine is only at 95,XXX I won't hit 100,000 for a while, considering I only drive about 50 miles a week.

Re: Odometer Question?

Besides noticing whether the number clicks up every 1/10 of a mile or every mile....

The tripometer shows 1/10th miles, the odo does whole miles and tops out at 999,999 miles. The one millionth mile will show 000000.

Lmao yeah if a car has 1,000,000 miles its at least time for a new odometer.
In semi trucks that's more common but not in cars.
My dad has a 2007 Volvo 670 with a Cummings engine it has over 600,000 miles
