Default Odd wiring problem

I'm in desperate need of some answers. We recently swapped a new tranny in my 93cx that has a jdm b18c swap. When we started the car back up everything ran fine but when we turned the car off and took the keys out the dash lights were still on along with the headlights and the hazzards. I'm guessing a bad ground but we didnt have time to look at it since I had to get to work. I'm working on it tomorrow and selling it friday so I'd like to have a couple different things I can look at. Anyone have any ideas?
