Default Odd shake

This is on my 95ex daily driver. When I first got the car and wasn't used to the clutch I would get an odd shake under the hood near stall. I haven't had it do it in months and It happened the other day again. I've tested it with a buddy by near stalling and saw no motor movement. Any ideas? Or other way to test mounts?

I test mounts by grabbing the intake mainfold and valvecover and yank on the motor.
Shaking can be due to some different things...

-worn mounts
-unbalanced wheel
-bent wheel
-bent axel
-bad bushing somewhere

those mentioned about I have expierenced w/ shaking.

It's more of a motor shake then a tire shake but I'll try moving the motor as mentioned also this only happens when going from a stop into load

Put the emergency brake up and put it in first, give it a little gas not like your going to race but just gradually making the engine rock a little. Do the same for reverse. You should be able to do it like this with a helper. Whoever is looking at the motor should stand on the side of the car just in case.
