odd idle
alright ive got a 94 civic stock p28 d16z6. with short ram. for sum reason. when im driving. and i put the clutch in or shift to neutral. my car starts reving like the tb is stuck open. anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix it?

Maybe your throttle body is staying open. Happened to me once, all it took was a little WD-40 and a slight adjustment of the throttle cable.
