Default odd electrical issue.

i have an 1996 civic with a b18c1 engine. i thought the alternator was bad and replaced it but i am still having the issue. The voltage is fluctuating randomly from 12.1 to 13.9 volts and it has died randomly when driving when coasting. one time i could not crank the car over. i do have an amp for my stereo but did not have this issue before. i also have a turbo timer. i am planning of changing the the main relay soon which may fix the issue. i also have an alarm too but didnt have an issue before.

You need to test fuse 15. Test for voltage at both top test tabs of the installed fuse with the key in ON(II).

i check the voltage like you said. i am only receiving 10.5 to 11volts with engine running. just on key ON(II) i am only recieving 8 volt and the battery at 12 volts looks like there is something going on here. what does voltage sp mean?

well my car just died out on me today while i was on the interstate running about 70 miles an hour. once i got off the off ramp it died with the clutch pressed and on neutral. i just dump the clutch and started running again. what can this be? on the interstate the voltage stayed 13.8 volts once i slowed down on the off ramp voltage hit as low as 11.3 volts. i just dont like the car dying on me while driving.
