Default odd electrical delay

Only on cold mornings i'll get a delay before anything electrical works.

Turn the key (wait a sec) then starts cranking,

turn on the wipers.. (wait) then they start moving,

turn on the blinker.. (wait) then they start blinking.

After a few min of driving it all stops. If its warmer outside, it doesnt do it. I'm scared that one day nothing will work and I'll be stuck.

Any ideas? I don't even know where to start. Is there a relay that controls these things? I know my main relay is fine.

If it's just a beater I wouldn't waste time and money trying to figure out what it is. Just live with it. It really doesn't sound all that bad. Every car acts a little different or funny in the cold. I once had a beater that would only have 3 cylinders fire in the extreme cold until you drove it for at least a mile. meh

Cheers.

Clean all of your ground connections starting with the battery, alternator etc. Maybe pull and clean fuses too ?
