haha well it does look like it was stick welded by that waiter guy from Scary Movie 2, but you guys really have no idea how much skill it takes to weld.

That looks like my header... The thin tubing is death to all manifolds. Mine is on an all motor car and I have had to get it welded about 1000 times. People don't understand how hard it is to weld thin material. The minute you try to, it eats away the metal. But these are all people that probably have never welded a day in their life. I fixed my problem by adding some re-inforcement welds where the pipes cross each other, It has been all good since then. Sorry to here about what happened to your manifold.
